A Calm Place To Begin
وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“And We send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy for the believers.” — Qur’an, al-Isra 17:82
Ruqyah is seeking cure from Allah through the Qur’an, authentic du`a, and the Sunnah of the Prophet, salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam. This site is for people who want clear information about spiritual affliction without fear, exaggeration, or unsafe methods.
Some difficulties may be spiritual. Some may be medical, psychological, neurological, relational, or a mixture of more than one cause. Signs are not proof by themselves. A Muslim can seek lawful ruqyah while also seeking responsible medical care and good counsel.
Start with the path that fits your question:
- What Is Ruqyah? if you need the basic definition and reassurance.
- Recognizing Afflictions if you are trying to understand possible sihr, possession, `ayn, waswas, epilepsy, or mental-health overlap.
- Protection and Recitations if you want daily Qur’an and adhkar.
- How To Perform Ruqyah if you want the practical method of self-ruqyah and the recitations to use.
- Safe Ruqyah and False Healers if you need help avoiding magicians, fake raqis, ta`wiz, staged symptoms, and paid dependency.
- Stories if you want anonymized examples of lessons from the field.
- Contact if you have read the main guidance and still need local consultation information.
What This Site Does Not Do
This site does not teach anyone how to perform sihr: it gives no working formulas, calculations, codes, or step-by-step magician methods. It describes what magicians do only so readers can recognize and avoid it. It does not diagnose people from a list of signs. It does not encourage accusations against relatives, neighbors, spouses, or healers.
It does aim to help readers protect their iman, use lawful means, ask better questions, and avoid the kinds of practices that can make a problem worse.
